Ana Nails Hair Salon Reviews

Absolutely horrible, I tried to like my results but I just can’t get over my experience. I went in for a TRIM and I made it clear I wanted to keep my length. The owner cut at least 5 inches off (my hair was NOT damaged, I just needed to freshen up my ends). The hair cut is extremely choppy. She used a flat iron to curl my hair. And the worst part is that she used ZERO product or heat protectant. I have thick straight hair, I would assume my hair is manageable and easy to deal with. I was shocked by the level of service. I would not recommend this place to anyone with my hair type.

My friend came in today for curtain bangs and was instead given bangs with a side bowl cut. She is very unhappy, upset and crying. It looks nothing like the picture she showed her (Be aware, she brought a photo reference because she’s not an expert at describing hair, verified with the supposed hair stylist that she could replicate it and was assured she could, only to be given blunt side cuts). And I believe if you can’t replicate a photo a client shows you or manage expectations you should tell the client and not mess with their hair. Be careful getting a hair cut from here because hair dosent grow back in a day. I won’t be including a photo of her because she is currently very upset.

When I arrived at the salon, I was not greeted. There were two ladies in the front they both glanced over. One kept looking back at me and said nothing. Eventually she walked up and I told her I was trying to get a trim and I had called before. She showed me to a seat and another woman came over. She explained to her what I wanted done but the woman still seemed confused so she said the owner was coming at noon. This was at 11:30a.m. I said I would wait. I went back in at 12:05p.m. and she said she would be here in 10 minutes. I walked out at 12:28 p.m. I do not recommend.

Rosy and her teams were very professional and provided an awesome customer service. I LOVE MY WASH AND SET!

Response to A DLS’s review: Hello, I’ve been a long time customer of Rosy’s Beauty Salon and I was there yesterday getting my hair done and witnessed your conversation with the owner… I personally believe that you have blown this way out of proportion. The service you requested was challenging and impossible to do. The owner gave you her honest opinion and I even heard you thanked her for her honesty. FYI, many of us appreciate Rosy’s dedication, passion, time and hard work. Are you really trying to shame and attack her for being honest?! With a due respect, if you don’t like her honesty, don’t go there! Don’t try to ruin it for everyone else!!! Rosy is the best!!! I know plenty of her customers that will back me on this!!!
